Refund Policy

At GUT-CHA Reliable Rentals, we strive to provide high-quality rental equipment and excellent customer service. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.

1. Cancellation Refunds

  • More than 24 hours Before Rental Start: Full refund

  • 24 Hours or Less Before Rental Start: Partial refund (subject to a cancellation fee).

  • Same-Day Cancellations or No Shows: No refund.

2. Early Returns

If you return the equipment before the scheduled end of the rental period, no refunds or credits will be issued for unused time.

3. Equipment Issues or malfunctions

  • If equipment malfunctions due to normal wear and tear, we will offer:

      a) A replacement unit (subject to availability)

      B) A refund for the unused rental period if a replacement is unavailable

  • ​No refunds will be issued for equipment damaged due to improper use, negligence, or failure to follow operating instructions.

4. Security Deposit Refunds

  • Security deposits will be refunded within 48 hours after equipment is returned, provided there is no damage, excessive dirt, or missing parts.

  • If deductions are necessary for repairs, cleaning, or missing items, we will provide a detailed breakdown of charges.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 24 hours

  • Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for funds to reflect in your account.

6. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Delivery and pickup fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

  • Fuel charges and cleaning fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
