Welcome to GUT-CHA Reliable Rentals. By renting equipment from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

• "Company," "we," "us," "our" refers to GUT-CHA Reliable Rentals.

• "Customer," "you," "your" refers to the person or entity renting equipment from us.

• "Equipment" refers to the machinery or tools rented from GUT-CHA Reliable Rentals.    

• "Rental Agreement" refers to the contract between GUT-CHA Reliable Rentals and the customer.

2. Rental Eligibility

​

To rent equipment, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid government-issued ID.

• Provide proof of insurance or must acquired one with us. 

• Agree to and sign our rental agreement.

• Provide a valid payment method for rental fees and security deposits.

3. Rental Period and Extensions

​

• The rental period begins when you take possession of the equipment.

• Extensions must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

• Late returns may result in additional fees.

4. Rental Fees, Deposit, and Payments

​

• Rental fees must be paid in full before or at the time of equipment pick up.

• A refundable security deposit may be required

• Late payments may incur penalties or additional charges.

• The customer is responsible for all costs associated with the rental, including taxes, fuel, and transportation (if applicable)

5. Equipment Use and Responsibility

​

• The customer agrees to use the equipment only for its intended purpose.

• The customer is responsible for maintaining and operating the equipment safely and in compliance with all laws.

• The customer must not modify, repair or sublease the equipment without prior written consent from  GUT-CHA Reliable Rentals.

• Te customer assumes full responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment during the rental period.

6. Equipment Inspection and Return

​

• The customer must inspect the equipment upon pickup and report any existing damage immediately.

• Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was received, except for normal wear and tear.

• Cleaning fees may be charged if the equipment is returned excessively dirty.

• Equipment will be rented out with a full tank of diesel, and it must be return the same way to avoid additional charges for refueling.

7. Liability and Insurance

​

• The customer assumes all risk related to the use of the equipment.

• GUT-CHA Reliable Rentals is not liable for injuries, damages or losses caused by equipment use.

• The customer may be required to provide proof of insurance covering rented equipment.

​

8. Cancellations and Refunds

​

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the rental start date to receive a full or partial refund.

• No refunds will be issued for early returns.

​9. Termination of Rental Agreement

​

• We reserve the right to terminate a rental agreement if the customer fails to comply with these terms or if we believe the equipment is being misused.

• In case of termination, the customer must return the equipment immediately.

10. Governing Law

​

These terms and conditions are governed by laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes must be resolved in the appropriate courts of Houston, Texas.
