GUT-CHA Reliable Rentals offers convenient delivery and pickup options for our rental equipment. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for equipment transportation.

1. Delivery and Pickup Services

• We provide delivery and pickup services within 20 miles of Cypress, Tx, and surrounding areas.

• Delivery and pickup must be scheduled at the time of booking

• Customers may also choose to pick up and return equipment at our designated location by appointment only.

2. Delivery Fees

• Delivery fees vary based on distance, equipment type, and scheduling.

• A quote will be provided at the time of reservation.

• Additional charges may apply for last-minute or expedited delivery requests.

3. Delivery Requirements

​

• The customer must ensure that the delivery location is accessible, safe, and suitable for unloading equipment.

• Someone must be present at the delivery location to pay (if applicable), receive and sign for the equipment.

• If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or site inaccessibility, a re-delivery fee may be charged.

4. Pickup and Return Guidelines

​

• Equipment must be ready for pickup at the agreed-upon time and location.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring equipment is in its original condition, clean, and with all accessories included.

• If equipment is not ready or accessible for pickup, additional fees may apply.

5. Delays and Rescheduling

​

• We strive to deliver and pick up equipment on time; however, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

• If a delay occurs, we will notify the customer as soon as possible.

• Customers may request to reschedule delivery or pickup at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

6. Damages During Transport

​

• We take precautions to ensure safe transport, but if equipment arrives damaged, please report it immediately upon delivery.

• Any damage occurring after successful delivery is the customer's responsibility.
